Educational material and examples

The guides are general educational material. They do not provide engineering approval, tax advice, legal advice or a guarantee of supplier performance. Fictional suppliers, equipment and prices must not be treated as market data or technical specifications for real equipment.

Tool limitations

The public tool is an early validation build. Extraction may be incomplete or incorrect. Check every field, source reference, quantity, specification and commercial term before relying on a report. A known total may exclude unknown charges or required items. Availability, compatibility and fitness for a particular use are not guaranteed.

This report supports but does not replace professional procurement judgement. QuoteLens does not make an automatic purchase recommendation or certify that quotations are equivalent.

Your documents and exports

Use only documents you are authorized to process. Keep exported reports and source files in storage appropriate for their confidentiality. The application has no saved session or recovery service; reloading clears its working state. Do not submit customer documents through the contact email.

Charges and third parties

No paid subscription or payment gateway is currently implemented. External websites and email services have their own terms. Future paid products or advertising would require their own setup and updated disclosures; using this site does not enroll you in either.
