This notice covers the QuoteLens resource library and explains how it differs from the linked quotation tool.

Reading this resource library

These pages serve static text, styles, local fonts and fictional downloads. The resource-site code has no analytics, advertising scripts, tracking pixels, login, forms or browser storage. It does not ask you to upload quotations.

Hosting providers necessarily receive ordinary web requests, which can include an IP address, user-agent information, requested path and time. Provider access logs and security features are outside the local document-processing model. We do not promise that hosting generates no logs or cookies, or invent a retention period for provider systems. If hosted on Cloudflare, its privacy policy describes its practices.

Using the comparison tool

The linked QuoteLens tool reads selected documents locally in your browser. Application code does not upload, log or persist their contents. Static application assets must still be downloaded from the host. The tool has no remote OCR, AI processing or advertising integration.

Quotation contents, edits and the comparison exist in browser memory. Reloading or clearing the session removes application references. This is not a guarantee of physical memory erasure and cannot control browser extensions, operating-system swap, screenshots or crash reporting. Explicitly exported PDF and CSV files contain your quotation data; their storage and sharing are under your control.

Contacting us by email

If you email us, your email address, message and attachments are delivered through the external Gmail mailbox. We use correspondence to respond to the enquiry and follow up on reported issues. Do not send confidential quotation files. The mailbox provider processes email under its own terms and privacy policy.

No automated retention schedule has been implemented for correspondence. You can request access, correction or deletion of information you sent by contacting the public email above; requests are reviewed manually, subject to applicable obligations and the mailbox provider’s capabilities. A response deadline or deletion of all provider backups is not promised here.

Advertising and consent

Advertising is currently disabled. No Google advertising code is included in these pages, and no advertising-consent choice is currently stored. A publisher verification meta tag or ads.txt record, if configured, does not itself load an advertising service.

Before enabling ads, this notice and the consent controls must be updated to reflect the actual providers and processing. Google and other advertising vendors may use cookies and information about visits across sites when ads are enabled. Applicable disclosures, user choices and consent requirements must be addressed before that change. Advertising code must remain outside the quotation workspace.

External links and changes

Following an external link makes a request to that destination under its own policies. Links do not transmit quotation contents from the tool. Changes to these practices will be reflected in this notice with an updated date. This notice describes the implemented product; it is not a claim of legal certification.
