QuoteLens helps small industrial procurement teams make quotation differences visible before they commit to a purchase.

Designed around reviewable evidence

Marine spares buyers and engineering workshops often need to compare a small number of offers whose units, descriptions and exclusions do not line up. QuoteLens pairs an editable comparison tool with practical guides for reviewing that evidence.

The tool processes supported CSV and selectable-text PDF quotations in the browser, uses USD only and exports source-linked reports. Deterministic rules extract fields; the tool does not claim to understand a supplier’s technical intent. Corrections and unresolved information belong in the review.

An early product, with clear limits

QuoteLens is a public validation build. It is not an independent engineering reviewer, an audited secure product or a certified commercial service. It does not recommend an award, process payments or verify supplier identity. Scanned PDFs, automatic currency conversion and arbitrary PDF table extraction are not supported.

All published supplier examples are fictional. No customer endorsements, usage figures or professional accreditations are claimed.

Publishing and funding

This resource library is published under the QuoteLens brand. It currently displays no advertising and collects no subscription payments. Advertising may be considered on public educational pages in the future; quotation-processing screens are kept separate. We do not accept payment for a supplier ranking.
