What to include
For a content correction, include the page title, the statement you are questioning and a public source or a short explanation. For a product issue, include your browser, the steps you took and the error message with identifying details removed.
Do not email supplier quotations, confidential pricing, passwords or payment details. Use fictional or carefully anonymized examples. Email is handled through an external mailbox and is not part of the tool’s local-only document processing.
Response expectations
This is an early product without a staffed support desk or guaranteed response time. We cannot validate a part’s compatibility, approve a procurement decision or provide emergency maintenance support.
